Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 inch deep dish pie shell
    4 eggs
    8 oz. cream cheese, whipped
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook spinach in small saucepan according to the directions on package. Drain well and set aside. In small saucepan, on low heat, combine milk and cream cheese, stirring until cream cheese melts to a smooth consistency.
    In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk/cream cheese mixture and spinach; mix well.
    Place pie shell on a cookie sheet and pour mixture into the shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes and serve warm.
