No Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
    2 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Grease 2 (8-inch) pie pans. Divide mixture and fill pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
