Weight Watcher'S Chicken Breasts With Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned, boned chicken breasts (6 oz. each), reserve skin
    salt
    dash of onion powder
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. enriched flour
    dash each: white pepper, ground cinnamon, sherry extract, rum extract and coarsely grated orange rind, blanched
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. golden raisins, soaked in 1/2 c. warm water, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 whole clove
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chicken with dash each of salt and onion powder.
    Tuck ends of each breast under to form rounded mound.
    Cover with skin and place in nonstick baking pan and bake about 25 minutes or until done.
    Remove and discard skin.
    While chicken is baking, prepare fruit sauce.
