Artichoke Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch chopped green onion tops
    2 c. egg beaters
    3 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
    16 oz. reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar
    1 sleeve crushed saltines
    Salt, pepper, and tabasco to suit your taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
    Cool and cut into bite size pieces with fancy toothpicks for appetizers or serve larger squares without toothpicks for brunch.
