Frozen Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Place defrosted strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl, beating about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add whipped cream and vanilla extract.
Pour into pastry shell.
Freeze and garnish.
