Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, both sugars and the pudding mix in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2-inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
