Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, peeled and cut in chunks
1/2 c. cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
-
Boil zucchini 5 minutes.
Cut cheese; put over zucchini in baking dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over all the bread crumbs.
Make sauce with remaining ingredients.
Put over top of zucchini.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
