German Dewberry Or Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
fresh apples, sliced thin
butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Arrange fruit to cover the bottom of an unbaked pie crust (use fresh apples, sliced thin)).
Blend rest of ingredients, except butter and cinnamon.
Pour over fruit, then dot with butter and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until center is firm, not runny.
