Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 pt. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together as package directs and pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Spoon over the cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
    Cool slightly.
    Remove from pan to cool completely.
    Store in refrigerator before serving.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
