Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except flour and carrots.
Fold in flour and carrots.
Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Ice with Carrot Cake Icing.
