Before Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    English muffins
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 lb. regular sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Toast muffins and cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top muffins with sausage.
    Mix beaten eggs, milk, pepper and mustard; pour over muffins and sausage.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
