Gourmet Carrots(For Those Who Do Not Like Carrots) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bacon
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Peel and slice carrots.
Cook in salted water until tender. Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and crumble.
Chop onions and saute in butter or bacon grease until clear.
Do not drain. Add brown sugar and stir to dissolve.
Drain carrots and add to bacon onion mixture.
Stir to cover carrots.
