Avocado Mushroom Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados (ripe)
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms
    1/2 c. oil (salad or olive)
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice avocados.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Peel caps if necessary.
