Light 'N Fruity Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring, about 3 minutes.
Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
Blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth.
Fold in sliced strawberries and chill.
Spoon into crust.
Chill 2 hours.
Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
