Duck With Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks (either quartered or whole with skin pricked)
    1 1/2 c. pan drippings and water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice
    2 oz. packaged frozen peaches
Preparation
    If duck is left whole, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Stuff with onions, parsley and celery; roast at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
    Pour off drippings several times during roasting.
