Meat Loaf Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope onion and mushroom soup mix
1 egg
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. ketchup
salt to taste
dash of hamburger seasoning
3 medium potatoes

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients.
Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Place in casserole dish. Salt lightly.
Place meat on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
