Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush Ritz crackers and add butter.
    Mix together.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add crumb mixture into pan and flatten.
    Save 1/4 cup for top.
    Soften ice cream and add milk.
    Beat pudding with milk; follow directions on box.
    Blend ingredients.
    Blend
    Cool Whip with mixture.
    Pour over cracker mixture.
    Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
