Chicken Saltimbocca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, boned and halved
6 thin slices Prosciutto
1/4 c. butter
1 can chicken broth
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts.
Rub with sage.
Top each with Prosciutto; secure with toothpicks.
Dust with flour.
In skillet brown with butter.
Add wine; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
