Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 raw egg yolk
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. anchovy paste
Preparation
    Combine all in a jar and mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate until ready to use. Toss with 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces.
    Add Parmesan cheese and croutons.
