Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni (elbow), cook and drain
    1 c. red onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    4 grated carrots
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, Eagle Brand milk, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Add this mixture to chopped vegetables and then add to cooled, drained macaroni.
    (Will be real thin at first.)
    Let set overnight or 4 hours.
