Spiced Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. blanched whole almonds
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of onion salt
    pinch of ginger
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Toast almonds in butter over low heat.
    Sprinkle with salts, ginger, nutmeg and soy sauce.
    Shake pan to distribute spices. Cook and stir until nuts are dry.
    Makes 1/2 cup nuts.
