Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
    Add the beef and cook, stirring until beef is light brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook 5 minutes, then add sour cream and simmer 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with paprika.
