New Orleans Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (12 oz. box) vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 stick melted butter
    frozen whipped topping, thawed (for frosting)
    semi-sweet chocolate shavings (for garnish)
    unsalted peanuts (for garnish, optional)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate morsels (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, moisten crumbs with butter and put a thin layer on sides and bottoms of 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
