Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can chopped chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion. Add chilies and cook 15 minutes. Drain grease. Soak tortillas in enchilada sauce.
Grease casserole. Place 3 tortillas in bottom. Put half the meat, half the cheese and half the mushrooms on top of the tortillas.
Repeat for second layer.
Pour rest of enchilada sauce on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
