Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1/2 gal. mint chocolate chip ice cream
hot fudge topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Grind cookies in a blender.
Mix with butter and press into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Slice and spread ice cream over cookies.
Melt and squeeze fudge over ice cream.
Top with Cool Whip.
Freeze.
Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
