French Style Chicken With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken cutlets (3 boned breasts, cut in half)
    1 sliced onion
    10 oz. can chicken broth
    3 apples, cored and sliced
    pinch of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. cider or apple juice
Preparation
    Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
    Remove from skillet and set aside. Stir in sliced onion, then broth and juice.
    Spread apple slices in skillet.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Simmer, uncovered, just until apple slices and chicken are heated through.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
