Cherry-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. wild cherry Jell-O
1 can cherry pie filling
1 medium can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 medium container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O with 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
When dissolved, add 1 1/2 cups cold water.
Refrigerate until thick, not congealed. Add pineapple, cherry pie filling and nuts.
Congeal.
Top with Cool Whip.
Garnish with cherries.
Very pretty for holidays!
