Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together well and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
