Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, cooked and diced (not too small)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    parsley or pimiento (optional)
    1/2 c. melted butter (add last)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Place in casserole.
    Pour melted butter over ingredients.
    Add a little milk to moisten.
    Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
