Raspberry Swirl Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. (1 stick plus 3 Tbsp.) oleo or butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. oats, quick or old-fashioned
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/3 c. red raspberry preserves
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
    Add 1 cup melted chocolate chips; mix well.
    Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan.
    Place 16 teaspoons of preserves evenly on batter; with knife swirl into batter, distributing evenly.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Drizzle remaining 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips over brownies.
