6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. chopped dates
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs and blend in buttermilk.
Add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Mix in oil, bran flakes, nuts and dates.
Allow batter to sit, covered, for 24 hours.
Will keep up to 6 weeks.
Prepare desired number of muffin tins with Baker's Joy or paper wrappers.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
