Italian Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Romano cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    salt and garlic powder (as desired)
    8 medium green peppers, halved and cleaned
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed and drain.
    Mix sour cream, Romano cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and garlic powder.
    Then mix spinach in.
