Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head chopped lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 large red onion
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp. sugar
bacon bits for top
Preparation
-
Layer the lettuce, then chopped celery, green peppers and onions and the frozen peas.
Keep layering until you reach top of pan.
Mix mayonnaise with sugar and put over vegetables.
Top with bacon bits.
Will keep for days in refrigerator.
