Ingredients

1/3 c. plain flour
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, coconut and salt.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).
Drop by tablespoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
