Apple-Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
3 c. peeled, diced apples

Preparation

Cream the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients and pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
