Cinnamon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. soft shortening
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread with butter.
    Sprinkle half of dough with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Fold other half over and cut in 24 strips, 1-inch wide.
    Hold strips at both ends and twist.
    Place on greased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Bake and glaze.
