Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl.
Stir until blended, about 40 to 50 strokes.
Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch or 12-inch round pizza pan.
