Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O (sugar-free)
4 c. V-8 juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 to 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
1/2 c. finely diced carrot
Preparation

Boil 2 cups V-8 juice.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot juice; add 2 cups cold V-8 juice and remaining ingredients.
