Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil or applesauce
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. each: baking powder, soda and salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil or applesauce, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add raisins, pineapple and nuts.
Blend.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan or two greased and floured bread pans for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
