Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow or orange cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil or 1 c. applesauce
1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 box vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Cut oranges in thirds.
Beat first 3 ingredients together. Fold in orange pieces.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
