Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ground beef (1 lb. is enough)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 small container cottage cheese
1 box manicotti noodles
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Brown meat.
Mix container of cottage cheese with Mozzarella cheese.
Add the meat to the cheese mixture.
Stuff uncooked shells with beef and cheese; place shells in pan.
Add 1 cup of water to bottom of pan to soften shells as they cook.
Pour sauce of the shells.
You may add the extra beef and cheese if any is leftover.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes or until shells are soft at 425\u00b0.
