Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. regular rice or 1 c. cooked
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large jar Ragu sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat cabbage until tender.
    Combine next seven ingredients; make into balls.
    Peel off cabbage leaves and wrap around balls. Place in loaf pan.
    Cover with Ragu sauce, sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Cover with foil, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover, bake 30 minutes longer.
    Can add cheese to top.
