After School Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg, beaten
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
2 to 3 tsp. ginger
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, egg and molasses.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
