Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. ground almonds
    1 pt. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Blend in cream and powdered sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; continue to beat until smooth.
    Mix brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and ground almonds together and coat bottom and sides of 9-inch spring pan. Pour in cream cheese mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
