Rice-A-Roni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 chicken breast, cooked or 1 small can chicken
    5 to 6 green onions
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Add chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, chopped artichoke hearts and chopped chicken.
    Add marinade from artichoke hearts.
    Mix well; chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
    You can add more chicken and have a nice luncheon salad.
