Kids Can Do - Raggedy Robins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cocoa powder
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Put saucepan on range burner and add cocoa, margarine and milk; stir to blend.
Turn range burner to medium heat, continue stirring and bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove saucepan from heat and quickly stir in vanilla extract, oatmeal and peanut butter.
Make sure all ingredients are well blended.
Working quickly, drop mixture onto waxed paper by the teaspoon.
Cool 15 minutes.
Store completely cooled Raggedy Robins in an airtight container.
