Honey Cornmeal Biscuits - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Beat 30 seconds. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix. Gently roll in baking mix to coat.
Shape into balls.
Knead 10 times. Roll out until 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown (8 to 10 minutes). Serve with Honey-Butter.
