Brochetta With Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
2 loaves unsliced Italian bread
Preparation

Dice tomatoes.
Set aside.
In a bowl, crush garlic.
Add salt, pepper and vinegar and stir.
Add olive oil and blend.
Add basil.
Drain off excess liquid from tomatoes.
Pour dressing over tomatoes and blend together.
Slice bread.
Place tomato mixture on bread halves.
Grill on the barbecue or place under the oven broiler.
