Tortilla Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 onion
    1 can each: cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can chopped green chillies (hot)
    1 c. ripe olives
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    5 or 6 c. chicken, cubed
Preparation
    Combine onion, soups, sour cream, chillies, chicken and some of cheese.
    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer torn tortillas in 2 layers.
    Add chicken mixture.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Garnish with ripe olives and pimentos.
