Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 to 5 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Roast nuts and cool.
    Have cheese at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together with fork.
    Roll in form of ball.
    Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes and roll in nuts.
